Project plan for mixing and granulating plant in the Asian region

A mixing and granulating plant operating in Germany is to be duplicated for a client in the Asian region. The spatial configuration of the planned facility and the steel platforms has to be completely redesigned owing to the different building conditions there. Because of the particular climate of the location parts of the equipment have to be newly laid out and extended. Our tasks in this project include 3D-modelling, the creation of PIDs and compilation of equipment lists, as well as the preparation and adaptation of process control. With the aid of these data the complete installation of the plant will take place in India. Enquiries are made at suppliers of components, which can then be made ready to order.
